Survey ScaleT for the Weight WatcherT System incorporates ACCU-ARMŽ weighing technology
The Osborne Survey ScaleT automatically measures animal weights and weight statistics for a group of animals. The Survey Scale uses the patented ACCU-ARMŽ weighing system, modified with the Integrated Function Control PlusT (IFC+) and optional pneumatic sort gates, spray markers, and radio frequency identification (RFID). The IFC+ manages weighing operations as animals voluntarily enter the Survey Scale in a Weight WatcherT growth management system. The IFC+ reports individual weights, group weight-distribution statistics, and daily growth as changes in median and quartile weights for the group. The IFC+ also controls automatic sorting and marking of animals using their weights, group-weight statistics, and user-defined operating values. With optional RFID, individual growth curves for all animals are recorded and monitored for nonlinear deviations. The Survey Scale can also report its information and receive new instructions from a remote PC equipped with Daily Weigh software.
