ON THE COVER

ARS scientists in Athens, Ga., have patented a method and system to detect food contaminants with a real-time multispectral imaging system. Hyperspectral shots with reliable high-speed imaging, like the cover photo, are produced by a new generation of sensors and utilized in an automated on-line fecal detection system as described in the cover feature.
