What Happens to The Various Comments and Files Intended for the Author and for the Various Editors

At the Division Editor Center, the DE sees pretty much what the AE sees. Click on “Attach Files” to see the same list that the AE had. DE can also attach additional files. Here are the Files for Author, after the DE added one, and the Files for Associate Editor. (The system makes the PDFs from the uploaded files, and saves originals for editors.)
