Engineers Week 2012

Celebrate, Get Involved!EWeek_2012_7bn

ASABE is proud to be a sponsor of Engineers Week 2012. This year's theme, "7,000,000,000 people, seven billion dreams," is based on the estimated world population of 7,000,000,000. ASABE members are actively engaged in providing the necessities of life for our growing world population, and Engineers Week 2012 calls attention to those needs--and to the ways in which agricultural, biological, and other engineers are meeting them.

ASABE members! E-Week offers great opportunities to promote the profession. Check out the links below to learn about E-Week programs and activities taking place February 18 - 25 and throughout the year. Also, many ASABE Sections undertake special activities to promote the profession. Some are held during E-Week, while others occur at other times. Check with your Section to see what might be happening.

The National Engineers Week Foundation delivers programs and resources used by partners locally, nationally and internationally to help the next generation of talent to meet and overcome these challenges.
