Instructions for Authors

Submit an Abstract

Abstracts are due on September 30th, 2008. Please submit a 300 word abstract using the on-line submission form.

Final paper submission is due January 31st, 2008. All papers must be submitted using Microsoft Word. Please download the template. A Guide for Authors is also available online.

Length of Paper

The maximum length for the paper including all figures, graphs, tables, references, etc., is eight pages.

Submit Final Paper

Papers must be submitted to E W Tollner at btollner@engr.uga.edu (North America, Europe, Asia) or Luis Salgado at lsalgado@udec.cl (Central and South America), by Jan 31st to be included on the CD for distribution at the conference.

Note that papers for these proceedings are not refereed. Once the paper is accepted for presentation, the paper will not be edited for content or language. It is strongly recommended that the paper be reviewed by a capable English editor before final submission.

Pre-register for the Conference

To include the final paper in the proceedings, authors are required to preregister for the conference by the final paper deadline of January 31st, 2008. Registration form is now available online.
