Watershed Modeling Using SWAT 2007 Workshop

 

The workshop will include an overview of SWAT model and its latest additions (2007 version).The attendants will be also introduced to the updated AVSWATX, a GIS interface of the model developed for ArcView 3.x. AVSWATX is designed to provide an extendable environment including optional capabilities to the interface, such as the Automatic calibration tool, the SEA (SSURGO Extension for AVSWAT) and the Splitting tool. The attendants are invited to bring their own laptop with ArcView 3.3 and Spatial Analyst 1.1 (or later) installed. A CD with the new software will be distributed. The attendants will have a chance to get hands-on xperience: starting from the set up of an AVSWATX project and ending with a SWAT 2007 model run and calibration.
