January 9, 2009 - Preliminary Program to be mailed

March 30, 2009 - Deadline for corrections to presentation titles or authors/presenters

April 28, 2009 - Early Bird Discount Registration Deadline

April 28, 2009 - Presenter/Author Registration Deadline

All presenters are required to be registered for the meeting. Paper numbers will be issued upon receipt of registration.
