The Eighth International Livestock Environment Symposium (VIII) will provide an international platform for exchange of the latest research discoveries, technology advancement and networking among animal scientists, engineers, veterinarians and other professionals interested in livestock environment. The technical program addresses current and emerging issues facing the farm animal production industry with particular emphasis on assessment and improvement of animal environment and production systems and/or technologies that aim to enhance animal health/well-being and production efficiency while minimizing the environmental impact of production operations.

ASABE ILES VIII will be held in conjunction with CIGR's International Conference of Agricultural Engineering, and the 37th Brazilian Congress of Agricultural Engineering. Participants will be provided full access to all events of these and related Symposia being held together in Iguassu Falls.
