Instructions for Authors

 

Submit an Abstract

Abstracts are due on January 4, 2008. Please submit a 300 word abstract using the on-line submission form.

Verify Abstract Was Accepted

A list of papers that were accepted for presentation at the conference is available in the Preliminary Program PDF. If you did not receive notification that your abstract was received, or your paper does not appear in this list, please contact the conference organizers.

Download Template for Final Paper

Final paper submission is due May 18, 2008. All papers must be submitted using Microsoft Word. Please download the template and carefully read the instructions on how to prepare the paper.

Length of Paper

The maximum length for the paper including all figures, graphs, tables, references, etc., is eight pages.

Submit Final Paper

Submit paper by May 18, 2008 as an email attachment to the Proceedings Chair, Renfu Lu. Note that papers for these proceedings are not refereed. Once the paper is accepted for presentation, the paper will not be edited for content or language.

Pre-register for the Conference

To include the final paper in the proceedings, authors are required to preregister for the conference by the final paper deadline of May 18, 2008.
