Iowa Section Meeting

Come join your fellow Iowa Section members (spouses and guests welcome!) for the Spring Meeting in Independence! We'll start by having the Heartland Acres museum open for tours and have time to socilize with friends. Before dinner we will then be hearing from Best Cob, LLC a local corn cob processor. We'll then enjoy a delicious meal, a short business meeting, an awards presentation and guest speaker. The guest speaker will be Norman Friedrich, USDA NRCS engineer. Mr. Friedrich will present on LiDAR data usage in Iowa to revolutionize the way we develop conservation practices. We will also be honoring the recipients of the Newcomer, Young Engineer, and Engineer of the Year awards for Iowa.
