Points
An official North American map will be used by the NCSEB and NCSMB officers to determine the distances along a straight line from the respective student branches to the location of the ASABE Annual International Meeting in miles. These distances will be multiplied by the sum of the number of members present at the first formal session of the NCSEB and NCSMB meetings to give the number of points for the respective student branches. Only NCSEB members and NCSMB members of ASABE (undergraduate students) are eligible to compete for the Student-Mile Awards.

Presentation of Awards
The points for the respective student branches will be calculated by the NCSEB and NCSMB officers following the first formal NCSEB and NCSMB sessions and the announcement of the winners will be announced during the Annual International Meeting
